Slow down to keep up
With a few lines in a terminal I was equipped with a better agent than I ever had. Creating files, editing files, organizing files. It shows you how powerful a computer is once you take the applications away.
I dived in, enjoyed the potential and the novelty. But I quickly hit a wall in my capacity. I just could not keep up with the speed of its iteration, with the testing needed and the feedback to digest. I would alternate from incredible waves of progress to being stuck on something I had solved with agent @Claudette three days before. Was it because I did not have the skills? Or simply because the models changed? Did I create confusion, mix up the skills, the loops?
On the side, the rumours roar, from Fable to Codex to full takeovers. When everything spins so fast, and you and your computer are over-caffeinated, you have to slow down to keep up.
So now I speak, I write, I prioritise, and I track. I don't prompt as much. I brief, I read, I decide. The agent types. How I make it work: a simple tool, not a thread.
